We were very pleased from the moment we walked in the lobby. They allowed us to check in a little early and gave us a great room with a view of the mountains. All staff
was eager to help us in any way including the staff at the Bistro. We were so relaxed by the end of our stay that we didn't want to leave at all!

They are very helpful. The hotel is really nice and the renovations are excellent.

The renovations were kind of noisy but not too bad. The location is a little disappointing.

Good location to Biltmore. Well worth the price. Close to a lot of chain restaurants that everyone is familiar with. Clean, housekeeping great.

Nice appearance; grander than I thought, granite counters and shower.

Needed the pool to be more inviting regarding resortish with bathroom outdoor and maybe food could be brought out.

Pet lovers said this was an ideal hotel if you are traveling with your dog. These are rooms set aside for those with pets and the front office had special treats to welcome animals. Other guests said that this was a great hotel with attractive prices, very comfortable beds, clean, spacious rooms and in a good location close to entrance of the Blue Ridgeway Parkway. The buffet breakfast in not included with the room rate but guests said it was reasonably priced and made a great start to the day before embarking on area sightseeing.
