Clean hotel, nice staff, dinky dining area but beds were fine. Need new pillows and better coffee.

I booked this hotel because I stayed there before and knew it was clean, safe, and close to the Biltmore House. This is a smaller Holiday Inn, and I wouldn't count on the continental breakfast. The breakfast area is very small, and the buffet is very limited. People were all over each other trying to share the space and food.

This hotel is bare-bones but reasonably clean. It is affordably priced but the rooms are accessible from the outside. There is very limited parking and to access the property it is necessary to drive through a very crowded, adjoining restaurant parking lot. It is very near the entrance to Biltmore Estates, however there are better, closer motels. Price is the only thing which would make me return.
