The hotel was centrally located; about halfway between Biltmore Village and downtown. Easy to find.

The hotel was well maintained, rooms were spacious with a full kitchen. Breakfast was provided daily and had an ample selection. Cebtral location with easy access to downtown and the Biltmore Estate.
