The 78-room Courtyard by Marriott Asheville is minutes from downtown Ashville and provides quality accommodation at a reasonable price equally suited to the pleasure or business traveler. There are over 40 restaurants within four blocks of this three-story, non-smoking hotel. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one 650 square-foot meeting room available for business or social functions. Area landmarks and attractions include four golf courses, the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, North Carolina Arboretum, the Flat Rock Playhouse and shopping at the Asheville Mall.

This is an older Courtyard but it still gets good reviews for clean and comfortable accommodation and a very cheerful team of efficient and helpful employees. Many visitors, who stay here often, say the rates are reasonable and as long as they stay that way, they will continue to enjoy this hotel. Courtyard by Marriott Asheville Accommodations

All guestrooms, and three suites, have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and telephone with voicemail. The bathtubs have spray jets. The suites have the added benefit of a kitchen and separate sleeping area.

The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, children’s pool, whirlpool and a fitness center. The Courtyard Café only serves breakfast. Restaurants nearby include a Carrabba's Italian Grill, Barley’s Taproom and the Greenery Restaurant. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, information on area events and attractions and a list of restaurants that will deliver to the hotel. Other amenities include copy and fax services, a coin-operated laundry, valet-dry cleaning, daily housekeeping and vending machines.

From Asheville Airport (AVL) 15 miles: Take I-26 West to I-240 East to exit 6, Tunnel Road. Turn left off the exit ramp, and go through two traffic lights. After the second light look for the Courtyard sign on your left. Turn left and proceed to the top of the drive. The Courtyard by Marriott is located to the right of Carrabba's Italian Grill.
