The Comfort Suites Biltmore Square Mall provides spacious, well-appointed accommodations for both business and leisure travelers. Situated in the charming city of Asheville, the Comfort Suites Biltmore Square Mall is near the Blue Ridge Parkway and has wonderful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The area offers many outdoor recreational activities including hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and backpacking. Skiiing is also popular at the nearby Wolf Laurel Ski Resort. The hotel is adjacent to the Biltmore Square Mall, near the downtown area, and is located within close proximity to the Asheville Civic Center, Chimney Rock Park, and the University of North Carolina at Asheville. The Asheville Regional Airport and the junction of Interstates 40, 26, and 240 are easily accessible from the hotel.

The Comfort Suites Biltmore Square Mall boasts clean, spacious, well-decorated guest rooms at a reasonable price. The pool area is clean and welcoming, and the breakfast in the morning is very good. Some guests have mentioned the small size of the breakfast room, however the hotel has undergone some renovation which may have fixed that overcrowding breakfast situation.
