The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. They had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies each evening which was great with small kids. Great location if going to the NC Zoo.

Overall, a very nice hotel. Nice location & convenient to many different restaurants & the zoo. Love the Continental breakfast especially the Cinnamon Rolls! The lady who takes care of the breakfast bar was Fantastic! Housekeeping ladies did an awesome job too. It would be nice if they fixed the hot tub & cleaned the pool a little better, but overall it was great!

Convenience to the zoo & a lot of different restaurants.

The hotel desk clerk was not very personable & made a mistake on our check in. Finally got another person to help.

I loved this place the room was clean; we were on 1st floor right next to the lobby and heard nothing. Staff very helpful with anything I asked for and the closeness to variety of restaurants was great. Would recommend this place to anyone, will stay again, when we go to visit family. My daughter loved the pool, too.
