This hotel is over-rated as a 3-star as compared with the adjacent Doubletree Hotel. Corridors and rooms need a major upgrade. Pool and gameroom were good for the kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No elevator made it difficult to access rooms w/ luggage.

This hotel is in a prime location for travelers off the thruway or inter-state. It carries a great Name and offers nice amenities to occupy children and adults alike. The rooms are small, quaint and clean. At the same time there isn't a homey feeling and the rooms are dimly lit.

Great location and very clean.

Restaurant staffing understaffed which reflected on poor service.

This is a good hotel that offers great value but it is a little dated. That is the opinion of several guests who enjoyed their stay at this Holiday Inn. There were good reviews about the helpful and friendly team of front desk employees who had lots of helpful information about shopping and dining in the area and even gave out maps to help newcomers to town find their way around. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and most clients say they will stay here again on future visits to Syracuse.
