Could be cleaner - posted on 04/26/2007

Nice hotel and the front desk was very accommodating with our request for a room on the opposite side of the freeway. The lobby was beautiful, breakfast excellent and the managers reception a nice touch. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. Carpet was worn and stained. Caulk in shower was stained and air vents had dust caked on them. No fan in bathroom and no vents in bedroom so the living room was cold while the bedroom was warm. Also no business center but they are working on that.

High Class - posted on 02/25/2007

Right from check-in, you can expect to be treated with courtesy and genuine concern for your comfort. All my requests for service were pleasantly and efficiently met. The food was wonderful, both for dinner and at the free breakfast buffet.

great getaway - posted on 02/10/2007

all was good but it would be better with a little music. Speakers broken and could not hear. Hot tub was not working well.

Not up to Par - posted on 01/16/2007

No hair dryer ? I have NEVER stayed at an Embassy Suites which did not have a dryer. Also, I was asked to sign a sheet of hotel "rules" upon check in. No running in the halls, no throwing things off the balconey, no unattended children etc. What kind of facility is this ?? Certainly not the premises which should be associates with as Hilton property. This speaks volumes to the type of guests at this hotel. Was I to be concerned for my safety and that of my 80 year old mother ? I will never stay at this location again, as will give the same advise to all I know .. (staff was less than hospitable as well, including the manager)

Excellent Hotel - posted on 08/14/2006

Stayed only 1 night. Hotel is gorgeous inside. Cooked to order bkfast was terrific. Ask for room away from NYS Thruway. With open window it can get noisy. Otherwise outstanding.

December Visit - posted on 01/01/2006

The hotel was beautiful. The free reception and breakfast was fantastic. The lady at the front desk was rude and would not give us the room we originally booked and paid for, even though we had one person that had to sleep on the couch.

Hot & Sweltering - posted on 11/28/2005

Atmosphere was very good, it was tainted by the heating unit that left with the feeling that you were in a sauna. Breakfast was good, but service was a bit conjested due to holiday travellers, I suspect.

Was not clean - posted on 07/21/2005

Stay was not that great. Room floor had hair, not mine on it, and did not look clean. Also, when I mentioned it to the front desk, they seemed indifferent. Will probably try someplace else next time.
