Unpleasant Front desk - posted on 05/25/2007
The maids at the hotel were the most pleasurable experience of this stay. They were helpful and catered to our needs as best they could. The front desk on the other hand were completly the opposite. They did not make me feel welcomed at all. As a matter of fact, when I needed directions, I just struggled with a map because I did not want to deal with the unpleasantry at the front desk.

I was not impressed with this hotel at all. The customer service staff were rude and argumentative and the rooms needed to be exterminated for unwanted visitors. I would not recommend this hotel to my enemies let alone my friends.

I only needed a place to relax one evening to take an early plane. This was perfect. A reasonable room and a friendly staff.

Elevator out of order the 3 days we were there. Heating system barely adequate. Curtains, stained, mold/mildew in bathroom, sheets not properly fitted, continental breakfast consisted of only donuts, Would not stay there again.

I was so unhappy with my stay here. I went in to register and the guy behind the counter was not exactly nice. I had been on the road for a while and it would have been nice to see a smile. I got to my room and it felt like I was paying by the hour. The room felt very dirty. The curtains had stains on them and holes in them. One of the lamps didn't work. I plugged in my hair dryer and the outlet was extremely lose, and when I unplugged it I thought I was going to pull it out of the wall. I will never stay here again. :(
