On the whole, the hotel was good. It did not seem to be the quality one expects with a Marriott, but for one night, there was nothing bad.

The staff was friendly & helpful, and the rooms were clean

I would stay here again. Great value. Clean, convenient to Syracuse airport. Staff very friendly and professional. Plenty of parking.

This 3 Diamond AAA, conveniently located property has everything for an enjoyable stay. Almost all guests were happy with everything and would love to stay at the hotel again. They appreciated accommodating staff, spacious spotless accommodations with comfy beds, pool, computer with free Internet, reasonable price, location and breakfast. However, a few visitors grumbled about noise and some of non-functioning television channels.
