The first thing we noticed was the incredibly helpful woman at the front desk, she was very friendly and gave us directions as well. The new bed was incredibly confortable, and we loved the wireless internet connection - the only downside was the $10-per-day connection fee.

Safe, clean, updated rooms. Was visiting son stationed at Ft. Drum. RRI gave directions to shopping areas and great restaurants. A+

On our stay, the motel was under renovation, so the office staff were working out of one of the rooms. Check-in parking was nonexistent, so one had to block other cars for a few minutes. But the renovated rooms are very nice and the price can't be beat. Friendly staff, too.

We've been staying at this Red Roof for the last 4 years when visiting our daughter at SU. Rooms were always clean and service was always friendly. The new Dunkin Donuts next door is a nice perk.
