I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Gardens very much and would definitely not hesitate to stay there again whenever I travel to NYC. It was clean, well staffed, the food was excellent and they had a gym which was open 24 hours. Our room was always neat and clean the rest of the hotel. I felt very safe there.

The staff was very accommodating to needs and courteous at all times.

I think the parking lot needed to be improved.

This hotel made me feel very safe. I was never afraid to be in the room alone or roam around freely. The staff was always helpful, courteous and friendly. They were very attentive to all of our needs without being overbearing. It was such a wonderful experience we are going back in June, 2007.

Every staff member we met was helpful, courteous and very friendly.

The lobby was cold sometimes.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I felt very safe at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and the lay out was excellent.

It was more than what I expected, it was great.

Parking, hotel holds many weddings making it difficult to park.
