Hotel is underrated. Classified as 2 1/2 star and better than the two three star hotels I previously stayed at.

Hotel was clean and safe but service was very slow. Requested towels 2 days in a row. Once at pool and once for room. Both times had to wait half hour and call again before receiving them almost an hour later. Also in lobby requested luggage cart waited 20 minutes, requested again and was told she forgot to call for it.

Clean, wireless internet, felt safe.

Service is very slow.

Pros - This hotel is an excellent value. It is well kept in and around the hotel. The rooms and interior of the hotel common areas are very clean. Nothing is broken and everything works as though it is brand new. Complementary coffee, tea and cocoa was available for 24 hours with cookies and fruit Mon-Thurs evenings. Free internet access with printer was available in the lobby as well. Access to the highway and local streets is excellent. Two major restaurants share the hotel property. Although we didn't use it, the Long Island Railroad station is in very close proximity to the hotel with complimentary hotel shuttle service. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms and common areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained.

The smoke free Courtyard by Marriott Long Island Macarthur Airport is the perfect place to stay when you're visiting the Ronkonkoma, New York area. I would definitely recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Long Island Macarthur Airport . Online reviewers had plenty of good things to say about this location. Guests thought they received an excellent value for their dollar and were extremely happy with the level of hospitality and service given by the staff. Guests enjoyed the fact that they were so close to the local attractions and were glad to have so many dining options in such a close proximity. One disabled guest cautions you to bring a copy of the Marriott Service Animal policy, because her seeing-eye dog was an issue when it shouldn't have been.
