The hotel would have fully met my expectations, however there was a bowling league and soccer team in our section of the hotel, all who were very noisy. The staff was friendly and the food was adequate.

Updated decor in the rooms; new towels in bathroom, nice bedding.

Noisy guest; loud voices at 4 am and yelling in the hallways.

We were very impressed with everything the hotel had to offer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the accommodations were very nice. We will stay at this and other Holiday Inns in the future.

We were very impressed with everything about the hotel, from the location to the staff to the amenities.

There was not anything that we did not like.

This is not the most popular hotel at the Greater Rochester International Airport but we still allow the property a YES rating because many clients had an enjoyable stay here. There were some minor moans that the prices here were on the high-side and response from the front desk could have been faster. Despite this many guests said they would stay here again and recommend this Holiday Inn to fellow travelers.
