The 72-room Comfort Inn Airport is located directly across from the Greater Rochester International Airport and the hotel operates a complimentary shuttle. Other items included with the room rate at this two-story hotel a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a newspaper on weekday mornings, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The property is located off Interstate 390 and Interstate 490. Nearby attractions and landmarks include the Susan B. Anthony House, the George Eastman House photography museum and the Rochester Museum and Science Center which features the Strasenburgh Planetarium and Cumming Nature Center. The Strong National Museum of Play, voted one of the top ten children's museums in the U.S. is six miles from the property.

Many travelers using the Greater Rochester International Airport said this Comfort Inn proved to be ideal. The rates were reasonable and the rooms acceptable for an overnight stay. The complimentary airport shuttle and unlimited parking while you were away were additional bonuses. There were some complaints that this is not one of the best hotels in Rochester but those needing to be at the airport for an early morning flight said that quality was not an important consideration and they said they would use this property again when arriving or departing from the airport.
