The hotel was approximately 7 miles from Niagara Falls which was convenient. It had been newly refurbished and still had the new carpet smell in the hallways. The pool area was well kept and clean. The breakfast was very light with some cereal, coffee, fruit and donuts and toast but was adequate. The one thing I was unhappy with other than a musty smell that would not totally go away in our room (I think it was because it had been shut up with no air on) was that Days Inn Company tacked on an extra $10.00 for my oldest child.

We liked the location and the size of our double king room.

The room had a funny smell that wouldn't totally go away with air conditioning.

Rooms at this little hotel are clean and spacious. The price is just right but it is quite difficult to find and not as near Niagara Falls as described in the website. Although, this place is located a bit farther than expected, it is still worth the drive because the hotel personnel are very friendly and they always do an excellent job.
