Arrived too early (12:30 p.m.) to check into room; when we returned after shopping at 4:30, bags were in the very roomy room -- actually a suite. Very clean, very friendly staff. Great location for theater and sightseeing. Highly recommend it.

This hotel is so centrally located to everything. We could not have asked for a better location. We had a great time. The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. We were there to sleep and that was it and it was excellent for that. Will definitely stay there again!!

The hotel was in an excellent location. Within walking distance to everything! The only complaint that I have would be that when I called guest services and ask to have a cab called to transport me to the airport, what I received was a car. The driver took us to La Guardia airport in about 15 minutes. When I asked what I owed, it should be $30 with toll included, I was informed it was $45 plus toll. I feel that I was cheated out of about $20.

Hotel is new & everything is still sparkling. Great fitness room, with plenty of equipment. Location is great --- unless your visit happens to coincide with the big x-mas tree lighting. Then it's hell trying to get to the hotel, as the police won't let anyone but VIPs into the area. House-keeping could be better: there were strands of yellow hair on bed & floor of my room, --- and I'm not blond.

This a very nice no frills hotel. The location can't be beat but if you want all the whistles and bells this might not be for you. Tiny lobby, no bell service but nice, modern rooms (although small). Overall a good place to stay in NYC.

This hotel is walking distance to nearly every tourist attraction in NYC- Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Food, Shopping, etc. The hotel was clean and updated and the room was confortable. The front desk staff was helpful and attentive. I would definately stay here again.
