The Econo Lodge Times Square is located very close to Times Square and many other popular NYC attractions, as well as near great food and shopping. The hotel is basic, and the rooms are tiny -- as is typical in the city. However the rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. The area where the hotel is located also feels very safe. The rate is also great for the area and when compared to comparable hotels nearby.
