Location primarily led me to choose this establishment...and I loved my stay. This isn't a "full service" chain hotel in Times Square, but rather an elegant lodge in a fun, chic and historic neighborhood. Service was impeccable and friendly. Rooms are plush, spacious and SPOTLESSLY clean. My early check-in request was graciously accomodated. Property features 2 penthouse suites with balconies & AMAZING views. Dozens of hip restaurants & clubs within easy walking distance; but a 10" stroll to SoHo and Nolita, less to the East Village.

The Blue Moon Hotel is a charming small hotel.The staff was helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. They have old fashioned charm with high ceilings and a vintage flair that combine with modern conveniences. I enjoyed my stay. If you are looking for a big modern hotel in the middle of everything, this is not it. If you want a boutique hotel in a NYC neighborhood, check out the Blue Moon Hotel.
