The pet-friendly Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square comprises 350 studio suites equally suited to the upmarket business or pleasure traveler. The 30-story, non-smoking hotel is within walking distance of Central Park, Rockefeller Center, the Empire State Building, Broadway theaters and Bryant Park. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, a manager’s reception on midweek evenings, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The inn’s Studio 100 is a loft style lounge and billiards room. There are seven meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 65 guests.

The suites have a kitchenette with a microwave oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two-line cordless telephone with voicemail, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, CD player, pullout sofa bed, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.

The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions. From New York/La Guardia Airport (LGA) 10 miles: Take Grand Central Parkway East to Long Island Expressway westbound to the Midtown Tunnel. Keep Right at the fork in the ramp, turn left on 37th Street. Turn right onto Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue). The Residence Inn will be on the left hand side between 38th and 39th Streets.
