Four Points Sheraton Manhattan Chelsea is situated right in the middle of New York City's fashionable Chelsea section. Full of fabulous people, Chelsea is home to Fashion Institute of Technology, one of the nation's foremost fashion design schools. This is also one of the centers of New York City's gay population, with many cultural events and community groups. Chelsea is located along 23rd Street, which is reachable by several subway stops. As of January 2009, the restaurant and bar are undergoing renovation, but there's so many fun bars and great eateries in the area that you won't miss them. This hotel features a gym, but there are also New York Sports Club locations nearby, along with the star-studded David Barton Gym.

Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Chelsea is a really nice stay. It's got the feeling of a boutique hotel, but is owned by a big chain. The service is fast and accommodating, although the hotel can get overbooked on occasion. Young singles will have an absolute blast in Chelsea. This is the club mecca of the city, and it keeps going all night long. If traveling to other locales, the hotel's central location is great for reaching Penn Station and Port Authority Bus Terminal. This Four Points Hotel location is completely non-smoking, with 158 guest rooms. The smallest rooms are the Traditional range at about 200 square feet, ranging up to the 319 square foot luxe Chelsea Suites. Cleanliness is emphasized, and the decor is elegant, homey and understated.
