Great bargain! - posted on 11/06/2005
I had never been to NY before, and this bed and breakfast was a great introduction. The staff was helpful and friendly, the continental breakfast was wonderful, in an area in the lobby that felt like a living room. I went to a Broadway show and walked two blocks. I got the small single, and it was fine, but really small. I'll get the next larger room next time. There were no elevators, but I didn't find that a disadvantage. The lobby is on the second floor. They ask for you to leave your room key when you go out so they'll know who's out. Nice touch! This is my home in NY!
