The hotel was very clean, but the bedroom was small. This is very convenient for anyone going to a convention at the Javits Center, but not for a family. Was a very safe and nice atmosphere.

The rooms are definitely small and only meant for 2 people at the most. But the Staff provided excellent customer service. Overall I am happy with the Hotel except the room size. They have discounted Car parking for $25 for 24 hours.

The continental breakfast in the morning was a life saver. Dining is so expensive in NYC and to be able to grab a bagel, some juice and coffee was great.

Location to Javits center.

Comfort Inn Convention Center is located on the west side of Manhattan near Jacob Javits Convention Center. Conveniently near the West Side Highway, Comfort Inn Convention Center is also close to many NYC attractions. Shoppers will love the short walk to Fifth Avenue, the Garment District and Herald Square. For tourists, there are many great stops in the area. The world-famous Empire States Building is nearby, as well as Central Park and historic Grand Central Station. Business travelers will love the centralized location and easy access to public transportation. This area is full of family and singles fun, so head out for fine dining, shows and other points of interest.

Comfort Inn Convention Center is a very good hotel located in a great section of New York City. The rooms are small, but so are New York apartments, so there's not much difference there. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms aren't luxurious, but their cleanliness and comfort level make up for the lack of glamor. For the price, this is a good value. Visitors of all ages will find something to do nearby, and the proximity to Javits Center makes convention travel a trivial thing. Those that don't wish to brave the subway will still find plenty to do. Comfort Inn Convention Center will leave you with good memories of your stay.
