The breakfast bar did not have a great selection. We were upset that we did not have hot water for 18 hours. It was a longer walk to a subway station than we thought. Overall the room was large (by NYC) standards and clean.

First of the staff is great! The goodness ends there. Bed was horrible. Shower trickles, room design was not well laid out. Furniture was old. Hallways were dark. Alert: if you are not atheltic ask for a room on the first floor. It is a 4 floor walkup,I did not mind lugging the bags up but you might. For the price it should be much better.
