I travel a lot to New York for business and I usually stay at that hotel. I prefer it because of the good internet access in every room and the cafe downstairs. It is good for informal business meetings with partners or prospects.

It is cozy European style hotel, without huge promises and absurd prices for an overnight, it simple welcomes the visitors and lets them enjoy their time in the city or their rest in the hotel.

Nice little hotel, clean, reasonably well appointed, great location. Since there is no elevator, ask for a 1st or 2nd floor room! A great value for midtown Manhattan

Reasonable price for NYC. Convenient to NYU. Just the basics, but clean and comfortable. Bring earplugs- lots of street noise and loud partying all night. Parking lot nearby. We would stay again.

This was a bare bones, basic hotel in a fabulous area. It fit our needs since we were spending very little time in the room. The location couldn't be better for seeing a show at Irving Plaza. The bathroom was tiny but clean, and the bed was a double, but comfortable. For the price, we would stay there again.
