This hotel was bad. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the moment of arrival until check out the next day. I arrived late on a Saturday night there was only one computer working and two staff members that just did not know what they were doing. The other staff member was on her cell phone.They were rude and slow. The rooms were not much better with a odor that you could not quite place. I expected more from a DoubleTree especially with a three star rating.

Very Nice Staff but hotel is small, food poor, no taxi stand(but will call for car) and no local (NYC) papers

This is the worst Doubletree we have ever found. The rooms are small, dingy, and even the towel had holes. Many of the rooms face a trucking depot that operates all night with horns blowing. This is a real pit-"Club" is certainly deceptive advertising. Stay away!

cookie on arrival is a nice touch.everything was quite nice about this hotel except the two truck facilities at each end of the hotel which rattle, beep and bang all night long. could disturb light sleepers.hotel clean, not disinfected, pleasant, staff very nice, food in restaurant was quite good if a bit pricey.drinks were expensive but small and very light on the good suff.no condiments for coffee in room and no open pot in lobby.
