A facelift would not even touch the work this hotel needs. We had to use the service elevator or take the stairs because there was only one working elevator. The rooms were dingy and dirty...I've stayed in $35/night motels that were cleaner.

This hotel needs upgrading. It is worn and not very clean. It looks nothing like the photos.

This hotel is a dump. It is dirty and threadworn. Don't believe the online photos. The place is disgusting.

When you walk in, the hotel looks very fancy and expensive. The maids and bellboys were great, and the residents were very nice. The maintenance was not as good the elevators broke down several times during the duration of my three nights. Walking from the seventeenth floor was not enjoyable. We also got a lovely window view of dumpsters and smokestacks. If you plan on staying, be sure to bring your own breakfast. The free breakfast bar was pathetic. The first morning, I had a bruised apple and a bite of some excuse of a bagel. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay very much.
