I had a great stay, this is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. Very central to everything. the staff was wonderful.

Simply my favorite place to stay in New York and I visit frequently on business and pleasure. Close to Central Park. Understated elegance.

I couldn't believe how deceived I was by the "elegance" of this hotel. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!! King size bed?!?! NO! My husband's feet fell off the edge. The service stunk, the view was pathetic. rooms were disgusting and the towels were tattered. EW!
