The staff at the Library hotel made us feel so special. The reading room has lots of freebies like breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. I usually took my goodies upstairs to enjoy them on the terrace of the poetry garden which is so lovely.

Fantastic service. The staff was so genuine and helpful, I had to remind myself this was New York! the roof terrace is fantastic. My daughter stood at the window and stared up Madison, a straight shot as far as the eye could see: "Papa, this is like a dream." Easy walk to NY Library. I've paid a lot more for a lot less in NYC (.
