Turn left onto 21st Street. Merge onto I-495 West. Exit at the 37th Street exit toward 38th - 40th Streets. Merge onto Tunnel Exit Street/Queens Midtown Tunnel exit. Turn left onto East 39th Street Turn right onto Sixth Avenue/Avenue of the Americas. Turn right onto West 44th Street.

From Kennedy International Airport (JFK):
Van Wyck Expressway North (1-678) to Queens Boulevard exit #9. Turn left onto 59th Avenue. Turn left onto Woodhaven Boulevard Take I-495/Long Island Expressway (L.I.E.) ramp to Midtown Tunnel. Merge onto L.I.E./I-495 West. Take 37th Street exit toward 38th - 40th Streets. Merge onto Tunnel Exit Street/Queens Midtown Tunnel exit. Turn left onto East 39 Street. Turn right onto Sixth Avenue/Avenue of the Americas. Turn right onto West 44th Street.

From Newark International Airport (EWR):
US1/9 ramp toward US-22 Newark-Elizabeth. Merge onto US 1/9, which leads directly into the Holland Tunnel. Once through the tunnel turn right on Hudson Street. Turn left on Canal. Turn right onto West Side Highway. Turn right onto Bank Street. Turn left onto 8th Avenue. Turn right onto West 40th Street. Turn left onto Sixth Avenue/Avenue of the Americas. Turn right onto West 44th Street.
