The hotel is well suited for the businessman requiring the latest technological help. Rooms have individual private telephone numbers that enables calls to be transferred automatically to cell phones. The 24-hour concierge and front desk can organize anything from theatre tickets to overnight deliveries and arrange for food to be delivered from New York’s leading delicatessens.

Those who have stayed here since the transition from Holiday Inn to the Gild Hall say this is going to be a fantastic property once the major renovations are complete. Despite the construction problems, most former clients say they will return and have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to friends and family.
