Excellently located hotel for business traveler who does not require easy access to shops and restaurants or a happening hotel scene. Chic design, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Including wi-fi would be a nice gesture at this price point.

I loved the layout and design of deluxe room. could live there.

I hate paying for wi-fi; very nickel and dime at this price point.

Loved this hotel. Its size, friendliness of the staff, location, and overall quality! Excellent! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The beds were like sleeping on a cloud-very "coochy".

The W New York Court is a boutique hotel in Manhattan. The W is a glamorous hotel, with lighted scented candles in the living room, which is really the lobby. The W Hotels coveted whatever/whenever services, encourage guests have their needs and desired met. The hotels concierge will help you purchase tickets to a show, arrange dinner reservations, or call a taxi for you. As part of the whenever/wherever service, guests have access to a ride to a destination in an Acura with complimentary gifts from the hotel. The W Hotel Court also has a restaurant, called the Icon and a wet bar where the beautiful people are likely to party. The hotel is near Grand Central Station and a short walk to Rockefeller Plaza, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Soho, and the New York Public Library are also nearby. Stay at the W New York Court and experience what New York has to offer.

The W Hotel is recommended for travelers who would like the conveniences of staying in Manhattan but dont mind the Ws luxurious price tag. Little touches like scented candles, silky sheets are a matter of taste. Guests have complained of unappealing restrooms, with slow drains and slow elevators in the hotel.
