Did not have queen bed available, double futon bed only. All beds in hotel are futon style, not great for elderly or bad backs. We were comped breakfast because room was so small.

Yes, the room are small and a little old, but this hotel s all about location. This is a great location right by time square. Staff was very friendly.

Big people. Small world! Although we poked some fun at the size of the room, it absolutely met our needs, was clean and comfortable. We spend most of our time taking in the sights of NYC and use the room only to rest. The great location mattered most to us and the hotel's unique character won us over.

The hotel was convenient and although spare in luxury it met our needs nicely.

The public areas and elevators could be better lit. The ambience thing doesn't really work.
