Room small but very neat and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Only minus was the constantly running toilet, but with door shut was not that bad a problem

The room is small but clean. The main problem is the hotel has hot water heat which is extremly noisey.Every 45 mins or so the loud clanking would wake us up. If you think you can sleep through it guess again. The heat also wasn't working when we arrived and we had to call the front desk 3 times before they brought us an electric space heater. The front desk staff was rude and snobby. We have stayed in NYC over 20 times and this is the worst place we have ever stayed. There are much nicer hotels for the same money.

The narrow hallway is right out of a Hitchcock film. The tiny room was nicely decorated and very clean. Complimentary breakfast a nice bonus. I just can't get over how small the room was.

I was looking for a room at an inexpensive price, but still clean and safe. Service was great! Small rooms, but very clean and safe.

First of all upon our arrival our room was not ready; the manager upgraded our room to a queen size bed. We got a full, not a queen size bed. The toilet backed up twice. We left for the airport and the desk manager said we have a flat rate (which was posted on a sign on the desk) that is $35.00 including tips; we were charged $4.00 dollars for the toll on the way back. I will never stay there or at another Clarion again

Well situated, helpful staff, the cabs they use for transportation to airport are crap! Get a yellow cab. Would stay again however, nice stop over, ok for a couple of nights, wouldn't want more than that though.

The hotel room was small, dirty and there was mouse in the room. Manager was not helpful and rude.
