Perfect location, clean, lovely staff, great service. Could offer more in the way of a special lounge on the top floor or more style in the decor. Better for business than leisure or romance. For business it is perfect.
We had a corner room with a view. Great location, great service.
It doesn't feel really luxury. Not any special details in the decor. No art in room.

Great hotel. I would definitely stay again if I had business in lower Manhattan.
The staff was unbelievably helpful and polite. the room was roomy and very beautiful with a great view.

This hotel is a great for the price, will definitely stay here again. Within walking distance to WTC, Canal Street, Wall Street, and many subways.
The hotel was located right across from the WTC and subway.
You can occasionally hear the construction below, but the provided ear plugs helped.

This is a nice hotel, but a common complaint is the location. This hotel is near a subway stop, but that particular stop is nearly at the end of the line. Far downtown locales such as this can lead to getting easily turned around, so bring a map with you. There is a large construction site across the street, but people reported not hearing much in the way of noise. The Millenium Hilton offers a spectacular view, however, if you get the right room. Families might like this hotel, though transportation may become a bit of a pain. Singles will probably like something just a bit uptown. For business travelers, this is a prime location that's close to everything.
