Perfect for Memorial Sloan Kettering Outpatient - posted on 03/30/2007
We used this hotel because it was next door to Memorial Sloan Kettering Outpatient Center. (MSKOC)` We needed a wheelchair and they had one for us. Room was neat and clean. Handicapped accessible and we never needed to go outside to get to MSK. Pricey but perfect for us. No food except breakfast which was a disadvantage but close to many restaurants.

1. Hotel is overpriced, way too much $ for what get 2. Mediocre experience, staff rushed, bad check in/out set-up.

my husband and I have stayed here several times, as well at other hotels in NYC, and this is our favorite!! the rooms are very large and clean!! the staff is friendly and helpful with places to eat, transportation needs, and check in. we always arrive early and have never had an issue with getting a room before the set check in time. restaurant is large,with good food and service. great location on the east side but an easy walk to the hot spots for tourists and easy to get to YANKEE stadium!!! we highly recommend it!!!

We were given a room that hadn't been refurbished yet and then changed. The difference was night and day. The new rooms are very nice, but still pretty expensive for the quality. You could do better for the price.

This hotel has become extremely expensive in relation to what you get - - it is no longer the value it once was to stay here. Corporate accounts have raised the prices to stay here significantly. Hence, for the amount one has to pay to stay here, much better hotels can be found in NYC.

My friends and I were there for a girls weekend. Loved the hotel, good location, subway across the street, and very friendly staff. We all said we would stay there again in a heartbeat!
