They arranged a car service for us back to the airport since it's not a flat fee back to JFK from Manhattan. Then the bellman even upgraded us to a limo since it was my mother's birthday. The limo was a little shady but it was a very nice thought for a good price.

Helpful bellman.

Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly the rooms were very large and comfortable one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in when it comes to hotel stays it is in a great location.

I liked the spaciousness of the room.

The cost was high and the entire hotel is non smoking.

Good location, good clean, big room, good price down side - poor lobby waiting area -while waiting for room availability could send guest to 12th floor while waiting, bar service and refreshments made available while waiting.

Good location for the price big clean room.

Small check-in area checked in at 1:15pm had to wait for room in cramped check-in area.

The 312-room Courtyard by Marriott Midtown East Manhattan provides quality accommodation for the upmarket business and leisure traveler. The 20-story, non-smoking hotel is located in the prestigious East Side of Manhattan, close to the finest shops, restaurants, museums and nightlife for which New York City is famous.
