The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. The location is PERFECT - a few blocks from Times Square but on a side street so it wasn't noisy at all. Highly recommend.

Everything felt brand new there. Room was big for NYC. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Quiet location next to Time Square.

I had a free nite stay so it was worth it for me. Would I pay 300+ per nite? No close to time square it is. My complaint is the view from the room. 24th floor We looked at a brick wall to the left, a building straight ahead and another to the right. I live about 1/2 hour from nyc so no big deal for me, but I would hate for someone to be wishing to wake up to skyscrapers cause unless you are on one of the top floors it is impossible, the building was built sandwiched between a few others.

We stayed for only for three days but we had a wonderful time. The service was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

In February I was in New York and stayed here. Overall I was very pleased with the room. The staff was very pleasant. I encountered an issue with a clogged toilet, but the staff was prompt in getting it repaired. Even on my day of departure, the concierge called ground transportation for me. I would, and will be staying at this location again very soon.

Can't get closer to times square - posted on 12/15/2004
Within a couple blocks of times square. Friendly staff. They even call you to see if everything is ok. Rooms are small, but this is NYC. Rates seemed kinda high though.
