Great location next to times square. Friendly staff, very helpful. Lobby is bare and cold not welcoming. Rooms were adequate, not particularly pleasant. View was romantic--lights of the city all around.
Location was great. View was romantic from our corner room. We had a real closet!
Cold lobby, room was smallish. Towels were thin. No robes.

I thought the Hotel was fine however I think it should have been rated a 3.5 star instead of 4 stars. Nothing wrong with the hotel, just my opinion.

This hotel is in an excellent location, and it is a good thing because you won't want to hang-out in the room. Small uncomfortable beds and small TV. Clean bath room, but the rest of the place is older and the carpet had ground in dirt. This place is in need of refurbishing.
Excellent Location. Ordinary lobby and common areas.
Very ordinary room, small TV, no coffee maker, small beds (smaller than double beds) with no blankets. No Wi-Fi.

This hotel was getting negative reviews, but has upgraded their service and facilities in the last few months and is now receiving better buzz. People noted that they've been able to get good rates here, and that the location is great for the view and convenience factor.
