About the Gershwin Hotel

It’s a modern art museum. It’s a youth hostel. It’s a funky New York City Hotel. The Gershwin Hotel is all these things. Located in the East 20s, you enter the Gershwin through a gallery full of paintings by Warhol, Lichtenstein and local artists. In fact, the Gershwin attracts a pretty artistic crowd, as well as up and coming fashion models and fashionistas. While some may not be comfortable with its location next to a sex club and an S&M club, if you have a sense of humor, as well as a sense of adventure, you might enjoy an inexpensive stay at this unique New York City hotel.

Reviews of this hotel are a mixed bag. A stay at the Gershwin Hotel in New York City is certainly a unique experience.
