The hotel is in the heart of all that is NYC.

Responded quickly to issues with room issues.

Had room on 44th floor with excellent view but was smoking. Requested change and placed in a room on the fifth floor with no view & broken safe.

Our stay at Hilton was very nice. Location of the hotel is great, very close to Central Park, theaters and museums. Lots of restaurants around including good breakfast places. Room was also very nice, pretty big with a nice bathroom.

Very nice room, large for NY, clean, great location.

Had to pay for internet access in the room.

The Hilton New York is a great hotel with an excellent location. It is close the Central Park, the famous stores on the 5th avenue, nice museums and tourism places like Rockefeller Center, Radio City and Times Square.
The hotel offers comfortable and sophisticated accommodations. It has a work area with high speed Internet access, multiple line phones, voicemail and data port, alarm clock radio with MP3 connection and complimentary newspaper Monday through Friday. For those who wish to relax after work or include this in a fun vacation the hotel has a Fitness Club with 8000 square feet. The spa offers strength resistance equipments, dry sauna, different kinds of massage, manicure and pedicure, personal training session, Yoga or Pilates sessions and facial treatments.

Accommodations

The hotel has guest room and suite accommodations. All guest rooms feature marble baths, in room thermostat control, 27 inch television, on demand entertainment including video-games, spacious work area and two telephones with voicemail and data port.
The suites are located on floors 42 thru 44 where the guest can appreciate the uptown or downtown views of the city skyline. Suites range from 600 to 2000 square feet, some of them has 4 bedrooms and full kitchen facilities. Those located on the 44th floor have access an executive lounge.

The guest can enjoy a cocktail, coffee or tea in the Lobby lounge, which is opened from 11 a.m. to midnight. This place is excellent for chatting. Besides the hotel has the tasteful Etrusca restaurant that offers Italian food, fresh seafood and has a wine list.

I stayed there few years ago. The accommodation are comfortable, sophisticated and the service is excellent. Enjoyed it every single day as the hotel is fantastic and has a great location.
