Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, a copy of USA Today, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one 900 square-foot room available for business or social functions. The property is one block from the Queensboro Plaza Station giving easy access to the Queens and Manhattan areas of New York. The hotel is a few miles from both LaGuardia Airport and JFK International Airport and there is a 24-hour shuttle available for a small fee.

Those who stayed at this Comfort Inn say it is in a great location, an easy subway ride to Manhattan, and the rates are reasonable. Many guests said the accommodation was good, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was large but sadly the breakfast area was small. There were good comments about the employees being helpful and efficient. There were some clients who said there some working here who were a little aloof and the elevator was S L O W.
