Guests were surprised by the silence at a hotel so close to the airport. Those sound-proofed windows really work. The airport shuttle ran on a tight schedule, every half hour. Rooms were clean, but a bit on the small side, and so were the elevators. Don't be surprised if it takes more than one trip to get all your bags to your room. But never fear. Front desk staff is extremely helpful and eager to please. Guests familiar with other area hotels say Don't Bother. Stay here if you're flying out early or have business at the airport. Jamaica is pretty far from Manhattan but it isn't a problem at this hotel, even if you don't have your own transportation. Read our customer reviews?
