This is a pretty decent hotel for the budget business traveler. It is a new property in good condition. I liked that it has a free shuttle service to joke, as I used public transportation to get around. The breakfast at holiday inn express is better than most hotels of its class -- they actually serve protein -- and also the warm cinnamon rolls are great. I found the staff friendly and helpful and the facilities clean. My only complaint was the bed -- not as comfortable as, say Hampton inn, and the mattress covers seemed noisy, like sleeping on plastic. Earplugs would have helped.

Conveniently accessible by free shuttle from joke and reasonably priced for the area.

I found the bed uncomfortable compared to comparable hotels.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express JFK is fantastic. When I was at the airport the personnel who answered the phone did not know where the shuttle was and instead of asking me to call back went to another room and asked a fellow staff member. I checked in after midnight and the staff was very easy to work with. The continental breakfast meets anyones expectations. The shuttle from the airport was convenient and their was shuttle to the Subway as well. Great experience.

Positives are location and services that are provided.

I have no negatives to write about this hotel.

There was shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable with a big chair instead of the normal desk chair.

Close to the airport.

Conveniently located half a mile from John F. Kennedy International Airport, Holiday Inn Express Kennedy Airport NY is a family friendly hotel as well as a good retreat for business travelers. Nearby attractions include Manhattan, the Aqueduct Raceway and Horseback riding. If needing to do some shopping, the surrounding malls will meet your needs. Included in the rate is a "Smart" buffet breakfast served daily. Guests are very well served by the porter and bellman. There are multilingual staff members who are able to speak Croation, Spanish, German and Italian. Busy business guests who enjoy working in open areas will appreciate free wireless high speed internet access available at all of the hotel's public areas. If you didn't bring your own computer, you can always use the ones in the hotel's business center, open 24 hours a day. If needing some ice, stop by the machine in the corridor.

Great loction near Kennedy Airport and Manhattan. The property is clean and the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The buffet breakfast is more than adequate. Rooms are small and old but clean, comfortable and well maintained.
