I was very impressed with the courtesy and the attitude of going above and beyond, from our weary arrival giving us water and snacks, to opening the restaurant just for us to accomodate us when we woke up off hours, to helpin with umbrellas in the rain to get us on the shuttle, all staff was just amazing!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable in the typical Marriot style. Most importantly, there is adequate security. Free shuttle will get you to the aibus that connects to the subway line - an economical way to get into the city for site-seeing. Would definitely recommend and return on next trip to NY.

If you are booking for the 1st time and aren't sure...be sure. Room was great, comfy bed, pillows, chairs, BR was big w/ great tub/shower. Staff was nice and helpful. Free shuttle back/forth to JFK anytime to transportation to JFK was super!!! It was our first time to NYC. Answered all our questions. We will stay here next time as well. Only thing we thought would be helpful is more tourist brouchers. They do offer nice map for transportation into NYC. I can't say enough great things about this hotel and its staff. Bravo!!

This hotel was amazing. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept in at any hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful and the airport shuttle was on time and eager to assist. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is a great choice for staying over near JFK to catch a flight the next day. Very nice and clean, helpful staff and great shuttle service.

Definitely nothing fancy here but for weary air travellers that don't want to travel another hour by cab to downtown Manhattan, you cannot beat it. The shuttle service worked fine for us and was complimentary. The service was decent and the free lemonade/coffee/tea at the reception was a good touch. The rooms were on the small size but definitely adequate for an overnight stay. A small microwave and a coffee maker provide added convenience. Only caveat: If you want to hire a cab to go to downtown Manhattan, call it yourself; otherwise you will end up with a more expensive ride in a limo.

Stayed at Courtyard only one night. Rooms were reasonably comfortable and clean. Shuttle driver drove off with my luggage at the airport. I had to call the hotel to get him to come back. Had dinner in the dinning room. Food (suprisingly) was pretty good. Just remember this is an airport hotel - NOT a destination resort and you'll be OK.
