Rugs needed a cleaning in our room. The mattresses in our room were worse than sleeping on an air mattress. The room was on the small side, and the breakfast buffet was moderate at best. The staff was very friendly, helpful and pleasant.

The hotel was in a convenient location and was fairly clean.

The mattress was horrible and the room was very small.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My first time going through JFK and staying at the Courtyard helped ease the travel experience.

The Courtyard by Marriott JFK Airport, next to the JFK International Airport, is well connected to the business districts of Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn counties. Midtown Manhattan, Belmont Racetrack, Aqueduct Race Track, Shea Stadium and National Tennis Center are a short drive from the property. Courtesy airport shuttle is very convenient, especially for early morning and or late night flights. The onsite ATM, concierge desk, coin-operated laundry, safe deposit boxes and vending machines are a big plus. Guests can even avail off express check-out and check-in, video review billing and local restaurant dinner delivery services.

This multistoried airport hotel provides modern conveniences and comforts for an enjoyable stay. Most of the guests were happy with prompt airport shuttle, amenable and friendly staff and clean comfy quiet rooms. However, some guests were annoyed with very limited food options and average food served at the onsite eatery. A few guests were disappointed with smoke smell, broken in-room amenities, cramped reception, dirty room, overpriced parking and poor ventilation.
