Just a Place To Rest Your Head - posted on 10/04/2006
Since im from the area,i knew that this was just a place to rest my head. I didnt spend much time in the room,it served its purpose. I have no complaints although the place looked very old to me. I would stay there again.
Stayed at JFK - posted on 06/29/2006
I have stayed in some bad hotels before, but this one redefined "bad hotel" for me. My Dad and I were visiting NY and decided to stay near the airport the night before our return flight. Our room (especially the bathroom) was filthy. This location is directly across the street from the City Sanitation Truck Garage (yuck!) and has very limited parking. The parking lot was full and there was nowhere to park on the street. We decided to stay at JFK Airport all night instead. I regrettably say that I think we picked the better of the two options.
improving customer service - posted on 04/26/2006
My experience was that I was not very statisfied on how they handle the issue I was facing. They dismissed all of the issue that I had with they and they did not tried to solve the problems.
Hard to find - posted on 01/20/2006
The taxi I took to the hotel had a hard time finding it. We rode around for a while. He had to ask somebody for directions

Expensive for the area and for the amenities (none). Service attitude was poor except for shuttle drivers.
Good service - posted on 11/02/2005
Service was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. This is not a resort, just a place to stay near the airport. We would stay there again.

I am satisfied with my stay in this hotel, except that the location is not very convenient.

the front desk staff customer service skills leave alot to be desired. when asked for a room with a safe the reply i recieved was that all the safes are broken. i asked to speak with the mgr. (he is in a meeting). 20 mins. later I was given the room across the hall with a working safe. the cleaning staff was very good.
A Bad Night - posted on 08/30/2005
We had reservations for a room with two double beds for my husband, our 12 year old granddaughter and me. We arrived at 1 AM and were given a room with only one double bed. When I complained they said it was the fault of hotelmotelnnow and that no other rooms were available. I had made reservations 4 months in advance. The room was too small for a folding bed so granddaughter slept on an old foam pad on the floor. We will never return.

We spent just a night(few hours) and we were very well treated. The hotel staff on duty was very friendly and helpful.
Trash Transfer Station Across Street - posted on 05/06/2005
When we checked in, we noticed a large number of trash trucks across the street. The front desk staff lied and told us the noise would stop by 9 PM (Sunday night). It went on all night.
A place to sleep, not say - posted on 05/05/2005
A very standard hotel for passengers with connecting flights in JFK. Nice room; very clean; helpful people at reception desk ; breakfast included was convenient; good shuttle service to andfrom airport. Horrible location - industrial and dirty.
Good Value - posted on 10/07/2004
The hotel was adequate for a night between long flights. The only problem was the shuttle service. No reservations are taken and the shuttle didn't have room for all the people who showed up for it. We had to wait a half hour for it to return. The room was small, but clean and surprisingly quiet (on a Sunday night). A good value.
