Beautiful atrium and friendly staff. Large, clean room with good service. Good value for money

Great hotel. I was pleasantly surprised buy the spacious room and sumptuous bed linens. Often the bed is something that is ignored by hotels. There was attention paid to the little details, from the extra towels in the bathroom, to the presentation of food delivered by room service. The fitness equipment in the gym was brand new, though perhaps more pieces of equipment could be available for for a large hotel. Fighting for a treadmill is not the best way to start the morning. The indoor pool was large and open, unlike the closed in closets some chains deem acceptable. Overall a great stay.
It was bright and inviting.
The piped in music was too loud.

The staff was excellent, accept for the house keeping most of them didn't speak or understand English beyond that everything was perfect.
A++ staff.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The friendly and professional staff earned lots of complements from those who have stayed at this property. Many were impressed with the atrium lobby and several said the hotel offered good value for money. Earlier complaints, that some of the accommodation was looking a little jaded, have stopped now that the entire property has been renovated to a high standard.
