Great location, great staff, the pet deposit was only $20, however the room was dirty. There was an excessive amount of hair in what was supposed to be a clean bathroom.

Great room for a night away. The whirlpool tub in the suite was wonderful. I would defiantly stay again.

The smoking availability and the very clean room the hot tub was great.

Check in time was a little late.

This is a great hotel particularly if you are in town to see a Buffalo Bills game. The property is close to the football stadium and the rooms here are clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Visitors to Hamburg who have stayed here say the team of friendly staff had good advice about the area sights and handled problems promptly. Most guests said they would stay here again and had no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers.
