Clean, comfortable accomodations. Perfect for travellers going to/from La Guardia. Nice continental breakfast(even waffles if you want).

The room was clean but there weren't enough blankets on the bed or in the closet i.e. no comforter for extra warmth. The "free" shuttle stops service at midnight so if your flight is delayed, you have to fork out the 20 bucks for the cab. Don't stay in the rooms near the ice machine - noise all night ! Hotel is very very hard to find - even for cab drivers!

I arrived at 11:45 pm for a pre-cruise overnight stay. The man at the desk called around and found me the best rate for a cab service to the pier and called me in my room to give me the details. He went above and beyond!! The hotel was very clean and the staff was great.

The staff is so friendly. The location is great. They Shuttle you not only from the Airport, but to 2 blocks from the 7 train to go right into Times Square. It is much more affordable than the other same quality hotels in the area. This is the only instance I know of where less expensive was worth it. I stayed at other area hotels before and none compare.

Great Location with much less expensive pricing compared to comparable hotels in area and Manhattan. Offered convenient shuttle service to 2 blocks from #7 train to Times Square. Free, with many choices continental breakfast. I will stay again and recommend to all.

The hotel is 2 years old and very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Nice continental breakfast. Parking is very tight and may be on street, but it is free.
